63 year old from Kashmir was suffering from backache & severe right leg pain from last 2 years, operated for L4L5 disease as a open surgery locally, but no recovery, developed severe right leg pain, unable to sit & stand was crying with pain.
Minimal invasive Procedures specifically new techniques like percutaneous Endo fusion techniques are blessing for elderly population who are unable to stand & walk. We did L4-5 First endoscopic removal of upward migrated disc then did percutaneous Endo fusion first in North India, & this has changed patient life after 3 days he started walking from bedridden situation.
